Josh, my heart goes out for you. I wasted three years in prison for an untimely registration, not a failure to register and my case is currently in both the Central District Court and the California Supreme Court where I am challenging the constitutionality of the law because by definition, the law is vague and ambiguous leaving a registrant open to arbitrary and discriminatory enforcement. Of course they threatened me with a third strike and possible life in prison. I wish you all the best!
